The Nishi/West Room accommodates:

  • Personal Training – private or partner training sessions.
  • Clients of Ki Fitness & Health – private booking for your personal workouts, or share it with a training partner.

The Nishi/West Room is private training room with a smart layout and high-end equipment. You will have all the essentials at your disposal, plus innovative tools not typically found at conventional gyms to optimize your training and keep it dynamic, fresh, and fun!
