Ki Fitness & Health is a unique, beautifully finished, private studio. You’ll feel comfortable and at home as part of our community – we want you to feel like the studio is your space too!

The Whole

A bright, open-concept studio space.
High ceilings, lots of natural light, and a great setup to keep you feeling balanced and energized.
Two separate rooms: the Nishi/West Room for personal training, and the Higashi/East Room for fitness & health classes. See below for more details.
No gym membership fees at Ki Fitness & Health. Only the cost of your chosen service(s) and that’s it.
Car and bike parking right in front of our studio. We’d love it if you bike, but your car is safe in our lot too.

Amenities

Yes! We have change rooms, a shower, towel service, a drinking fountain, and an awesome sound system in both rooms!

The Half
(Nishi/West Room)

Our personal training studio. Used for one-on-one, partner, and small group training sessions.
No more than two trainers and their clients sharing the space at one time. A private setting designed for focused personal instruction.
High-end, quality equipment. A diverse collection of exciting and effective training options to explore.

The Other Half (Higashi/East Room)

Our multi-purpose room. Used for martial arts, yoga & yoga therapy, dance, and other fitness & health classes.
Small class formats (typically eight participants or less). Maximizing individual student support and attention.
Carefully chosen and cared for equipment. The best selection of props and gear for different practices.
